DAVID SHANKLE GROUP Announces New Bassist

DAVID SHANKLE GROUP (DSG),the band led by former MANOWAR guitarist David Shankle, has announced the addition of bassist Brent Sullivan (WINTER KILL, MINDWARP CHAMBER, NDX) to the group's ranks.

The band's lineup is now as follows:

David Shankle (MANOWAR) - Guitar
Kyle Michaels (MASI, RAVAGE, GEEZER BUTLER) - Vocals
Brent Sullivan (WINTER KILL, MINDWARP CHAMBER, NDX) - Bass
Gabriel Anthony (PAMELA MOORE, BLUDGEON, RADAKKA) - Drums
Drake Mefestta - Keyboards

According to a press release, "Both Brent and Gabriel have known David and DSG since the beginning of DSG and now anticipate with enthusiasm excitement and world-class talent their time as the core and thunder of the unit.

"Rehearsals are scheduled and taking place right now, new material has been written and recorded and 2009 will see the first sign of the Chicago-based monolith the world will soon know as DSG."

DAVID SHANKLE GROUP last year rejoined forces with singer Kyle Michaels following a brief collaboration with Chitral "Chity" Somapala (AVALON, FIREWIND, FARO, MOONLIGHT AGONY, RED CIRCUIT).
